Gold Coast Knights FC are extremely proud to have retained our ‘GOLD’ Academy Licence, recognising the continued quality and strength of our Academy program.
This achievement reflects an enormous collective effort from the Croatian Sports Centre, the Club board and our coaches, players, staff, parents and volunteers, and is a testament to the hard work, commitment and continuous improvement that takes place across the Club throughout the year.
The achievement is particularly significant in 2026, as this is the first year that our Boys and Girls Academies have been assessed together as one combined Academy program. Retaining our GOLD status under this expanded assessment reinforces our commitment to providing the same high standards, development opportunities and football environment across both our male and female pathways.
While we are extremely proud to retain our GOLD status, we also recognise that the assessment process provides valuable feedback and identifies areas where we can continue to improve. Our objective is not simply to maintain the standard, but to continue evolving and raising the level of our Academy year after year.
