Brisbane Roar has locked in its squads ahead of an exciting weekend of A-League action on the road, with the Ninja A-League Women taking on Newcastle Jets and Isuzu UTE A-League Men facing Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday afternoon.
Both squads are coming off the back of spectacular wins after a successful double header at Coopers Stadium on Sunday evening.
The Roar Women will be looking for consecutive wins in Newcastle, while the Roar Men will be determined to make it six games unbeaten on Saturday at CommBank Stadium.
Alex Smith has made one change, with 18-year-old Ruby Cuthbert coming into the side after captain Tameka Yallop left the pitch with a leg injury during Sunday’s action in Adelaide.
Milorad Stajic will miss this weekend’s action due to a leg injury which sees Mikael Evagorou named in the 20-player squad, an attacker who has been called upon from Brisbane Roar’s ‘B’ Team.
