Ins
James Overy – The 18-year-old right back signs on a three year deal from Manchester United after coming through their Academy.
Takahiro Sekine – The Japanese winger joins Sydney FC from Urawa Red Diamonds where he was captain and amassed over 400 appearances.
Jake Hollman – Midfielder Jake Hollman joins the Sky Blues from Walsall after graduating from the Sydney FC Academy in 2020.
Gabriel Popovic – Young forward Gabriel Popovic joins us from Perth on a two year deal following spells in Greece, Croatia & Italy.
Ethan Dyer – New Zealand U17 central defender signs three year deal from our Academy.
Sandy Zaverdinos – The shot stopper makes the jump from our Academy on a one year deal.
Zach Harrison – 16-year-old Zach Harrison joins us on a three year deal from Brisbane Roar
Contract Extensions
Jordan Courtney-Perkins – After a great finish to the 2025/26 season under Patrick Kisnorbo, the defender signed a two year contract extension.

Ben Garuccio – Defender signed one year extension keeping him at the club for the next two seasons.
Akol Akon – Triggered an additional year following an impressive debut season, taking his time at the club to end of 2028/29 season.
