Macarthur Bulls FC player Ali El-Sabeh will join Sydney United 58 FC on loan for the upcoming Australian Championship campaign.
El-Sabeh has risen through the ranks of the Bulls FC Academy since joining in 2024, progressing through the Academy system before earning his opportunity with the A-League Men’s squad.
The young midfielder made his A-League Men’s debut for the Bulls during the 2026 Hahn Australia Cup campaign, featuring against Azzurri United in the Round of 32.
His debut marked an incredible milestone in El-Sabeh’s journey, coming back just one year after he was diagnosed with cancer and underwent treatment in 2025.
El-Sabeh has also played an important role across the Bulls FC Academy U20s and First Grade teams, gaining valuable experience and continuing his development within the club’s pathway.
His loan move to Sydney United 58 FC will provide El-Sabeh with the opportunity to gain further senior football experience during the Australian Championship campaign. Speaking on his move, El-Sabeh is excited for the journey ahead.
“It’s a good opportunity to get game time and really focus on my game and development as a footballer. At this point in my career I believe it’s a step forward for the best.”
“I’m looking forward to the experience of travelling with the team and creating new connections with players.”
“Of course, I would like to thank Bulls for sticking with me throughout the hardest times. Especially Nikolai Muller, he had belief in what I could do and gave me the opportunity to grow into the player I am today.”
The Bulls wish Ali all the best for his time with Sydney United 58 FC and look forward to following his continued development.
